Product Information

We sell only physical jewelry items. All product images, descriptions, and prices are provided to the best of our knowledge. Due to lighting and screen variations, slight differences in color or appearance may occur. These do not constitute defects.

Orders & Shipping

We ship both within Pakistan and internationally. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 business hours.

Estimated delivery times may vary by region. Domestic delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. We offer free shipping on orders above PKR 1200 (within Pakistan).

Elyrisa is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance processes.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We accept returns on earrings and customized items as well.

If the error is on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product), Elyrisa will cover return shipping. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Payments

We accept all common payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, EasyPaisa, and credit/debit cards. Full prepayment is not required unless stated otherwise.

User Accounts

Customers must create an account to place an order. Guest checkout is not available. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
